While many business niches are composed of only a handful of different businesses, the hospitality and service industry applies to nearly any company that deals with customer satisfaction and is focused on meeting leisurely needs rather than just the basic ones. In India, about 8% of the population works in the hospitality Industry. It’s our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better. To help you serve your organisation even better we came up with Swirl-X.
It all started with an anxious phone call from my friend. We all have that one friend who is a big time foodie and just can not give up on a food. My friend is one of them. She called me before her important meeting with fear in her voice. She told me about her crazy food adventure before meeting and now she was scared to go to meeting due to bad breath. In her own words “What do I do now? I don’t even have a toothpaste and brush. I wish they had mouthwash in our restroom” That’s it! We came up with an idea of having a mouthwash dispenser at common locations. It would bring confidence in people and create a striving and hygienic work environment .It would give my friend and million other people the freedom to eat or drink anytime anywhere. Because one should never compromise on food. It’s been a year we have been working on it and here we are with the India’s first mouthwash dispenser all ready and set to go!
